Please help me understand for out patients who have Breast Cancer and our providers order an echo prior to starting chemotherapy they are denied. We have tried all of the codes that pertain to breast cancer and baseline studies. According to the NCCN guidelines the providers can order either an Echo or a MUGA. :confused:
