Hi Everyone,

I have recently accepted a role as Office Manager . I'm seeking resources, strategies, and networking opportunities that will allow me to get our practice on track. The main issue is using the EMR/EHR software, eClinical Works. Any advise would greatly appreciated.

Congratulations! Our practice began using eCW roughly a year and a half ago. I'd be happy to help in any way I can! What type of practice is it?
 
Our facility uses eClinical Works. Does anyone know if they are planning to add new templates with the next update to reflect the E/M coding changes related to MDM and Time?
 
Our facility uses eClinical Works as well. Has anyone come across templates or tools to help with the new 2021 E/M MDM and Time changes?

Have you found out any new information about when eCW will be updating their system to include the new E/M guidelines? We haven't heard anything!!!!

We also use eCW. Do you know when they will be downloading templates or tools to help with the new 2021 E/M MDM and Time changes?
 
We use eCW as well. We have never used the E/M Coder tool. It is unreliable. There is a section you can use within the template under Deposition and Communication and the provider can document time spent. Our eCW support system put together a session on the 2021 changes. I work for a FQHC as well
