Does anyone have information on where I can find documentation guidelines for ECMO services? I've looked all over the web and can't find anything related to how the notes are supposed to be documented for the 33960 and 33961. I need information for my providers on proper documentation and am completely at a loss as to where to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
