Hello, does anyone know how to code VA ECMO with reperfusion catheter? I know it is 33952 and 33947, but is there an additional code for the reperfusion catheter in lower extremity? This is all percutaneous, not open. Also, at times the patient already has ECMO and they are just coming into the cath lab for a reperfusion catheter only? Would that be 33952-XE?

Any help would be appreciated,
