looking for a CPT that would be accepted medically. 15828 fits but the insurance companies consider this cosmetic. Have used 15840 in the past but the Dr. says it doesn't quite fit. Any other ideas?

"severe lower lid ectropion. I think that this would be amenable to a canthoplasty with attempts at inverting the lid. I certainly think that this could be re-enforced with a midface lift as an adjunct."
