Hi. When the PT comes to the ED needing a TB clearance before admittance into a shelter, we have been using V74.1 (screening for TB) and V03.2 (need for prophylactic vaccine TB). Should I also be putting V70.5 because there was a physical exam done, or is the V74.1 and/or V03.2 enough? We do not communicate with billing at all so I don't know if these are being paid or being rejected. Thanks!
