Good afternoon,

Looking for some assistance in locating the CPT/HCPCS codes that can be used for a facility ER billing trauma codes for Level III. I have found G0390, 99291-99292; the interfacility transfer codes 99289-99290. Are there any others that I am missing---thanks so much:confused:
