Anyone here code for EEG in private practice? Wondering how you are billing for ambulatory over 24 hours. Are you submitting a separate Tech report? Do we bill the tech codes on separate lines per date of service? Also do we bill the home time for the tech codes as POS 12 or still the POS 11?
