Has anyone gotten payment from Medicare for the 95700, 95711 and 95714?

We have and it is REALLY low. For 95951 we got $1694 for the TC in HI - Noridian

Now we are getting $613.44 for the TC for 95700 and 95714?

Has anyone else run into this?
