why cant the 95816 be billed with the 95700? Please Help.

If you have any tips or websites to help me understand I would really appreciate it .
 
The setup code can only be billed with the long term eeg codes. I95816 is not a long term Eeg. I would recommend reviewing your CPT book. The section is fairly thorough and should get you any additional answers you need.
