EGD and pathology results

An esophageal mass was found during an EGD performed on 6/10/19 on an inpatient. The specimen was sent to pathology.
The pathology report was finalized on 06/12/19 which confirmed esophageal cancer. I am assigning codes to the EGD procedure today (6/17/19). May I use the findings on the pathology report in assigning codes to the EGD procedure?
