Please help, I just started to work for ASC and everything is new to me. I been asked to bill identical 2 claims on 1500 and UB04.
Can someone please tell me if you add mod. -26 to each code on 1500?
And if multiple procedures are preformed (43239, 43248, 43251) can I add mod -59 to second and third line? I don't think mod. -51 is allowed to use in ASC.
