When auditing documentation of an EGD, does a statement such as "The colonoscope was introduced through the mouth and advanced to the second part of the duodenum" provide sufficient documentation as proof that the esophagus, stomach and duodenum were examined?

Would a picture of the gastric body labeled "gastric body" or a picture of the duodenum, labled "duodenum" provide sufficient documentation that the stomach and duodenum were examined. The report does not indicate any findings or that the exam of these two were normal or abnormal etc.
