Wiki egd with foreign body plus peg placement

scope was passed throug the esophagus into the stomach. the fistulous tract was identified and the mushroom portion of the previous peg was within the tract. the fistula tract was cleared with a replacement tube was placed within the tract and balloon inflated. physician wants to code for foreign body removal for the residual peg, and placement for the new peg.

Would i code for the removal or just the placement of the new peg?
