Hi list, I have a documentation question. Our physicians are documenting the Person, Family, Social History in the EHR, however these do not cross over to the Chart Note that can be printed. If we are audited and the EHR is reviewed everthing is correct. If we are audited based on the printed documentation we are missing key elements. I would like some opions on this please. Thanks.
