My EP specialist wants to bill a complete EKG 93000,pacemaker check 93288 and I&R EKG 93010 on the same DOS in office sitting. Is this appropriate? I can't find any information.

NCCI edit comes up with billing an ekg and an in-person interrogation at the same service - it not appropriate to bill together. Just bill the interrogation
