Hello, I hope someone can help me. I was just told that we can only bill no more that 4 EKG's on the same day and they have to be 15 minutes apart. Does anyone know if this is correct?

I appreciate all help.

I don't have anything in writting stating such but I would imagine that 'rule' makes sense for Medicare. I've never had to bill more than two per day. Maybe you can do some leg work and see if there is an NDC for EKG. If I run across something, I will come back and post.
