Hi: I have not coded IP for quite a while, but if I remember correctly, an EKG with report and Interpretation is charged (and other types?). Also, if my memory serves me, a regular cardiac bedside monitoring is not charged, i.e. the strip read by the nurse.

Please advise and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. To me, this is a ancillary service.
