Here is my medical note for two pxs....EKG shows normal sinus rhythm, rate 56, with no repolarization change. Troponin I is 0.03. My code would be 93010, but it is hard to tell from this amount of documentation. any thoughts?

Next, Chest x-ray reviewed shows normal heart size and clear lung fields. No change from 2005. I believe Radiology will interpret and code this one. Agree?
