What are the scenario in which we could bill EKG interpretation and report routine at least 12 leads [93000] as 2 units[93000*2].???:)
 
I can't think of any. If you do a repeat procedure, you'd use the -76. And the 93000 is a global charge. If you're billing only the interpretation and report, use 93010. The -76 would also apply to repeat EKG reads.
