Please help!!!. When an EKG is done at the general surgeons office and they are billing for the global cpt code 93000, doesnt the provider (general surgeon) have to both date and sign off on the ekg report?

The ekg printout of course already has the date test was done, but doesn't
the provider have to sign off and date when he reviewed the ekg report? I
know this sounds like a weird question, but we are having issues with this.
