Hello,

If the EKG is done in-house, and the tracing goes into the EMR automatically, does the physician still need to sign the tracing for autentication? also, if there is a spot on the tracing that states: "reviewed by", if the physician enters his/her name on that field will it suffice for the authentication? Please help!
