Wiki EKG: we do test, pay for interpretation

We perform EKGs here and pay an outside doctor to interpret the results. The outside doctor does not bill insurance for the interpretation. We feel like we should be paid for a 93000, but is it legitimate to bill that when the rendering provider on the claim did not actually do the interpretation? We cannot bill a separate 93010, because the interpreting doc is not in our group.
