I was told by another biller that Medicare never covers these codes and have been getting denied for code 95865. Has anyone billed and been paid for this with Medicare?
 
I have billed it out to medicare once or twice. You have to really be sure that the Doctor is physically perfoming the nerve stimulation. and the recording, if not you could and would use -26 for the PC component. It is rare though
