Wondering if the telehealth codes 99211-99215 billed with interactive audio and video for place of service 2, can be billed on time, or elements for history, exam(limited or none), and mdm? I just heard something mentioned that these could only be billed on time, so I'm slightly confused. I also can't find an official source that says this is true. Hoping someone can clarify this. Thanks!
