I am trying to locate a list of the physical examination elements of an ophthalmological examination. 92002-92014 I am in Tennessee. When I use the CMS website all I can pull up is for north carolina. Does any one know if you can
use this. I am brain warped now. The NC LCD is wonderful but I am not sure if it has been recently updated as my information printed off is from 2004. I have been all over the CMS website and think I am just missing it. Thank you

Use the 1997 E&M Eye Exam guidelines. The exam componets (in the shaded box) are the same. It's the criteria that distinguises between E&M and ophthalomology codes.
