Patient with elevated bilirubin levels without the mention of jaundice, what ICD-10 code would you use? No signs of jaundice. Lab findings worked up with no definitive diagnosis. The codebook leads elevated bilirubin to R17 (jaundice, unspecified) however this doesn't seem appropriate when the patient doesn't have jaundice.
