How would you code "elevated calcium tolerance test"? Would it be under findings abnormal labs or would it actually be hypercalcemia? I'm probably making this harder than it should be but it's Monday and I'm stuck!

It is hypercalcemia only when the physician states that, if he documents elevated calcium tolerance test then I would go with abnormal lab.
