I have 2 questions and hope to get some ideas:
1. We are Pulmonary medicine clinic and do PFTs here which we bill for. When the doctors order a PFT during the visit, can they count this as a point toward their MDM (data point, review or order a test in medicine section of CPT)?
2. The doctors always review the imaging themselves and sometimes review the Radiologist's report as well to compare. They get 2 data points for review and summarize the imaging, but do they get a point as well for reviewing the Radiologist's report? With good documentation, do they get 3 data points?
