When a pt is seen for lets say a yearly f/u to cad and has no complaints can you use the problem:CAD as the chief complain. I guess what I am really asking is does it have to say chief complain to count?
 
You do have a chief complaint "f/u cad", that is the reason they are being seen. It might be stable but it didn't go away so it is still a complaint.
