Wiki EM ICD vs Subcutaneous ICD

Can anyone tell me if their organization codes the new EV ICD with the temporary code 0571T or is the 33270 being billed. We 'attempted' our first this am:
0571T = insertion or replacement of implantable cardioverter defibrillator system w/substernal electrode(s) including all imaging guidance and electrophysiological evaluation 9incl defibrillation threshold evaluation, induction of arrhythmia, evaluation of sensing for arrhythmia termination and programming or reprogramming of sensing or therapeutic parameters when performed.
33270 = = insertion or replacement of implantable cardioverter defibrillator system w/subcutaneous electrode(s) including all imaging guidance and electrophysiological evaluation 9incl defibrillation threshold evaluation, induction of arrhythmia, evaluation of sensing for arrhythmia termination and programming or reprogramming of sensing or therapeutic parameters when performed.

I have coded this before. Our cardiovascular surgeon did the substernal cutdown and placed the lead and then the EP provider did the rest. Because the 0571T doesn't take a 62, our surgeon wasn't able to bill for his part. The EV ICD is 0571T (substernal), the 33270 is (subcutaneous).
