Im quite sure how to go with this one. One of our mds saw a pt at our asc. He then sent him to to hospital. Our md who was doing procedures at the hosp saw the pt at the er. Then admitted him to obs under dr#1. We did not bill for the visit at our facility. But i recieved cards for an er visit and admit to obs same day and disch from obs next day. What can i bill for and how ?????
