Hello,
I have a question I was hoping for some input. Our office will soon be starting a "patient portal" on our website for patients to access their account and ask questions. I would like to know if we can charge for an "email" physician visit. For example, if a patient ask a physician a direct questiton regarding a problem and the physicain answers, can we bill insurance/ private pay for this? Thanks for any input.
