I passed a #5 Fogarty catheter down the inferior vena cava and performed an embolectomy.

Anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Where did the catheter start? Where was the initial puncture site?

It sounds like a mechanical thrombectomy if you used the balloon to remove the clot 37187
