Can anyone tell me if I can bill a aortobifemoral bypass(35646) with a embolectomy of the femoral(34201) it doesn't hit ant CCI edits but I wasn't sure if it was considered encluded in the bypass. The thrombectomy was done because at the end of the procedure the graft had become occluded.
