Hello list! Is anyone out there billing for treatment of lymphatic malformations? I can find lots of information about the condition but nothing with regard to what CPT(s) would be applicable. Some of these are very large, sometimes there are multiple, but the treatment consists of accessing the malformation via ultrasound, injecting contrast to examine then injecting a slcerosing solution, usually doxycycline though I have read sometimes alcohol is used.. I've been using an unlisted code but would like to know if there is a better option.
