Physician performed embolization of an endoleak post EVAR. The physician injected the aneurysm sac and performed an aortogram demonstrating a large lobular endoleak with filling of lumbar collaterals on both the right and left. A mixture of 5ml of Ethiodol and 2ml of Trufill glue with a small amount of tantalum power was created. This mixture was injected through the needle under fluoro guidance filling the sac endoleak and filling two right-sided lumbar collaterals. Successful direct sac embolization type 2 endoleak following previous EVAR with good results. How would you code?
