33 y/o female 28 wks gestation that went into to cardiac arrest. Our ER MD attempted resuscitation and performed an Emergency C-Section. I am using code 59514 for the Emergency C-Section for the mother, would that be correct?

My question is, what am I allowed to or do I charge for the infant? Doctor delivered her peri-morten via C-Section and handed her off for NICU. The infant was ultimately transferred to another facility.
