We had an emergency C section started in the office. After baby was delivered, patient and baby were stabilized and taken by ambulance to hospital where the c section was closed and completed in the OR. According to CPT guidelines, wouldn't I code everthing from office and hospital and bill from hospital POS since patient was transferred and completed at hospital?
