Could anyone please explain this final scenario with Level for E/M - ED


CC : Runny Nose

HPI : Patient present with Runny nose . Has hx of DM , HTN. runny nose started 4 days ago.

PFSH :

Past medical hx : none

Family Hx : father has DM

Social HX : none.

Ros : all system reviewed

PE :
GU : normal GI : distend Cardio :CP Musko :normal Neuro/physc : Age Appropriate


Assessment : diarrhea

vomiting


plan : CBC , Intramuscular - IV
