I am reaching for those who have done hospital billing. So the RN combined emergency service to hospital service. The emergency service was done like 7 or 10 days prior to IP. The insurance denied IP claim due to the emergency charge as date out of range. Has anyone come across this issue if so how did you resolve it? Appreciate your thoughts. Thanks.
