Good Afternoon,
A Bilateral Arthroplasty (21240) was performed on the Temporomandibular Joint, at the same time a Bilateral Eminectomy (Through the same Arthroplasty Incision) was performed. What CPT would you recommend for the Eminectomy?

Does anyone know the CPT code for eminectomy? I am not finding anything in any forum or online except a lot of medical journals about the procedure. Should i use 21299 unlisted? Thank you!
