Three Questions

1. Are you required to have an EMR in place?

2. If this required, is it for all physicians even the very small practices with 1 doctor and 1 full time and 3 part time employees?

3. If this is required, where do I start looking for and EMR company?

Can anyone help me with these questions? I really need some help with these questions because I have no idea where to start with all these new rules and regulations and I'm the only one in the office that has even a little bit of an idea what is going on.
