Hi,

Can anyone Shed some light on how to code En-bloc Resection of diff organs when a physcian starts with a major resection ? For example a surgeons performs
1. radical right upper quadrant retroperineal soft tissue tumour resection enbloc inclusion of resection of Kidney and Repairof diaghpragm, and removal of gallbladder, with Hysteroscopy as Tissue expander ?

Do we code all the procedures or just the major procedure with modifyier 22 ?

Are these codes the correct if not please help

1.49205 Tumour is more than 10 CMS
2.50220-52-59
3.39560-59
4.47600-59
5.11960-59
