Good morning! I've used Encoder for years and I'm at a new job. My supervisor is showing me this example saying that two remote interrogations can't be billed together, as it has an Excludes Note. I've always taken this to mean the code does not include these services, not that it has anything to do with bundling. I would use the CCI editor for that. In this case, 93297 and 93295 are being discussed, and the Encoder editor says there's not a CCI edit. But I'm getting the tone that she's taking this Encoder Note to mean like an ICD Excludes 1 type of instruction. Any insights? I looked at Encoder for help and didn't see anything relevant.
