looking for thoughts on this area of cpt35302 to cpt35372.
If physician does endarterectomy at common femoral and then extends
incision to sfa to perform endarterectomy at sfa too, and then closes up.
(all within the same entry/ incision point)

Do you bill just the initial endarterectomy, the femoral? cpt35371 or do you
move on to the sfa? cpt35302......??????:rolleyes:
