I am new to Endo coding and have a question. The physician supervised a 3 hour growth hormone stimulation test for a patient with short stature. I know we will not be billing for the actual labs as those are being processed outside the facility, but what is the most appropriate way to bill for the Endocrinologist's service?

Do I bill 96365 for IV infusion? Or CPTS for E&M with prolonged services 99354 and 99355?

Any help would be great.
