Hi I am an OB/Gyn coder and we also have an independent Endo clinic. We are needing to know how a continuous glucose monitor is coded.

We are looking at codes 95250, 95251 and 99091. Information we are finding is that 95250 & 95251 can only be billed 2x a year.

Is 95251 and 99091 pretty much the same thing?

We need to know how these codes are used and when. Please Help.
