Good morning. I have a question, I will try to make brief. My Endo saw a PT in the office and coded a consult 99244 and a FNA 10021 w/out image. I reviewing the note he states he did a FNA under ultrasound and a biospy. I believe this s/b coded as 99244 (has a separate dx) and 10022 FNA w/image, 76942 (for ultrasound). What I am unsure of is if I need to add 60100 for the biospy he states he completed or if I should just stick with the 99244, 10022 and 76942. Any discussion would be helpful. My thought is even with a MOD either the 10022 or the 60100 will go without payment.
