The description of CPT 58100 states w/out cervical dilation. If the physician is dilating the cervix to obtain the sample then wouldn't it be a D&C (58120)?

Also, if the dilate the cervix for an endometrial biopsy and perform a COLPO at the same time would you still only code the Colpo w/ 58110?
